What we are looking for

Vedal Media is seeking a superstar Payment/Fraud Manager – a skillful and effective member of an ever-growing team. With expertise in managing a steadily increasing flow of payments (and protecting our service from any incursion), an ever expanding array of tools and a can-do attitude will be needed. You will be involved in managing the customer’s payment options and procedures, developing and implementing effecting Fraud detection and prevention strategies and working in close tandem with our Customer Service to ensure a first rate experience for our users.


Ensuring optimal payment methods are available in local global markets to ensure maximum acceptance rates on payments
Designing, implementing & optimising Payment CRM on our brand products and apps (including payment cascading, secondary payment method suggestion according to fail return code etc)
Monitoring fraud and payments to ensure commercial opportunities are identified and fraud & risk are managed effectively
Identifying opportunities to increase customer conversion and sales, through optimising payments and on-going process improvements
Implementing effective solutions to minimise risk and ensure the relevant processes and measures are in place for the timely detection and analysis of fraudulent activity
Working closely with 3rd party fraud and payment partners to leverage the relationships and ensure maximum value through a collaborative approach
Managing & challenging chargebacks as well as manage/minimise refunds
Developing, integrating and optimising a strong Fraud & Scammer protection to ensure real and authentic community
Communicating, building & maintaining strong relationships with our payment providers and payment partners.
Report Payment & Fraud KPIs to management & stakeholders weekly and monthly

The ideal candidate

Excellent written and verbal ENGLISH skills
5+ years of Payments management experience in e-commerce and/or SaaS providers online
3+ years of Fraud prevention experience in the SaaS/eCommerce services industry
Knowledge of industry PCI compliance requirements as it relates to the credit card payment industry
Minimum 3+ years in challenging e-commerce/SaaS Chargebacks
Strong knowledge in Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience in creating & continuously improving reporting and reporting templates (documents)
Experience in designing & improving specifically Mobile & App payments (Google Play, Apple Store, Carrier billing etc)
Meets critical deadlines; ensures prepared materials are accurate and complete
